Anniversary

Well this WAS going to be my husband's anniversary card, until I realized that he FORGOT it was our anniversary! I guess I'll just keep it in my stash for examples to show at workshops. The only stamping is the sentiment. Some of the paper and most of the accessories are from the Round Up simply scrappin kit.

SUPPLIES: stamps: simply said paper: outlaw designer paper Accessories: Hodpodge hardware, large oval punch, edge distresser.

Blush Latte

SORRY, I haven't uploaded anything the past few days! I've been super busy with school, a service learning project, two quizes and I had to make up my own disease. Anyway, I made this card using my FAV-O-RITE stamp set like it a latte. The designer paper is of course basic grey from the blush collection. To get the "frotthy" top I took my liquid applique and "colored" in the, top stamp ( I have no clue what its really called) then just took my handy dandy heat tool and heated away. The peppermint sticks and heart are stamped in cranberry crisp. The swirls around the cup are a goldish glitter. TFL!

SUPPLIES: Paper: cool caribbean, whisper white, chocolate chip, pretty in pink Ink: close to cocoa, cranberry crisp Accessories: hodpodge hardware, giga scalloped circle, flirty ribbon, versamark, liquid applique, heat tool, goldish glitter, paper piercer.

Navy

I made this for my husband in honor of his grandfather that died 7 years ago. I'm sorry I dont know who made the paper, but I can tell you I bought it at Recollections. K&G company made all the navy embellishments. Thats actually a real letter Joe wrote to his wife (Emma) while he was away. TFL!

ARGH!

So, in a few weeks my cousin Ashlea is turning the BIG 20. She loves to journal (lucky for her I like to make them) so I made her, her own journal. When she saw the new catty she fell in love with the cerise paper. Well to cut a long story short I bought the paper and made her a journal. So a day or so after I made her gift she wanted to come over and make a card for her mom, I said sure, not really thinking about the fact that her BDAY gift was in my CRAFT CLOSET along with all my STAMPS! well she of course found it..The funny thing is that she ACTUALLY thought she could take it home that day, whats up with that?! :) I also added a "bookmark" tag and and beaded pen, so she'll atleast have two suprises!

SUPPLIES: Paper-cerise, basic gray, sky blue; Chipboard-bazzil, SU; Ribbon- basic gray taffeta.

Yellow Rose of TEXAS

Being a 6th generation Texan I found it appropriate to make this card for my collection :) I love RIW and i'm super sad it retired. I'll probably end up giving this card to my grandmother; my grandfather used to always buy her yellow roses. I know you cant tell in the photo but I stamped linen on the bashful blue base, then I sent my strip of mellow moss through my cuttlebug, and ran my mellow moss ink pad over it slightly, I stamped the banana square with the floral bg stamp, and for the main image I inked up my french script bg stamp with bashful blue, then for the rose I used my barely banana, so saffron and yoyo yellow ink pads.

Bittybook

So, I'm a fairly new demo and everytime I have a workshop a customer always wants to see what a SU color looks like "in real life". I decided to take a bitty book and fill it with every color SU sells along with a stamped image in the classic and craft pad. This way I have all colors at hand.

SUPPLIES: bittyboard book, outlaw dp and Round up SS.

Christi's Journal

My SIL is moving to Portland in 12 days, so I thought I would make her a journal to document her journey from Texas. I just love making these journals, they're cheap and SUPER easy!
