Take one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of card stock and on the 8 1/2 side score paper 1 1/4 from each side. With 11 side score paper 4 ½ from each side. Cut on short score lines – fold and adhere with sticky strip to make box. Adhere your accent piece (3 x 4 1/2) on the front and embellish as desired.
